how long do we get the bounce house?

our daily rental period is up to a 6 hour rental. if you would like to keep it longer, please reach out for availability and pricing. we also offer overnight rentals at a special discounted rate!

when do you setup?

we begin delivering between 7am - 12pm. for this reason, upon submitting your event inquriy, please indicate your preferred delivery window. note, these preferences are not guaranteed but we will do our best to accommodate. at a minimum, we will be sure to setup within 30 min - 1 hour of your party start time.

when do you pick up?

our goal is always to pick up as close to your party end time as possible. please note, we do have a late night pick up fee for evening/after dark end times.

does my rental include balloons?

nope, we leave that to the professionals! there are so many amazing local balloon vendors we partner with for installations and would be happy to provide you with referrals upon request.

Which surfaces work best for setup?

we offer setup on grass, turf, concrete, asphalt, pavers and sport courts. Unfortunately, we do not setup on rocks or gravel in an effort to safeguard and protect the vinyl. Please note, location setup on sand or with more than 10 stairs have an additional service/cleaning fee applied.

How is payment processed? Are deposits required? 

along with a signed contract, a non-refundable 50% deposit must be made to reserve your date. We understand that life happens and allow changes to be made up to 1 week in advance or else a cancellation fee up to the entire rental amount may apply. Exceptions are made for cancellations on rainy or windy days. upon booking, Please reference our weather policy for more information.

Do you set up at parks?

We are fully licensed and insured and ready to deliver to any park that allows inflatables. Please consult with the city or park directly for further assistance. You will need to ensure that there is an electrical hookup or generator available to power the blower and pump the inflatable. We are happy to provide proof of insurance and permits upon advanced request.

Are generators included?

If needed, generators can be rented separately for an additional fee. Generator rentals are typically necessary in situations in which electrical power is not available on event grounds, like at a public park.

how much is delivery?

We offer complimentary delivery within a 10 mile radius of 92110. local deliveries feed within san diego county range between $25-$100 on average. if you have questions regarding delivery or are in need of an estimate, feel free to email us directly with the event address.

how are the inflatables cleaned?

Cleanliness is of the utmost concern to us. We clean our inflatables after each use with a non-toxic all purpose cleaner. Followed by sanitizing with a hospital-grade disinfectant EPA approved for use against SARS-CoV-2, Norovirus and HIV, superbugs like MRSA and other drug-resistant bacteria. Additionally, we space out our bookings to allow for thorough cleaning between scheduled events. Best of all, our cleaning products contain no additives, carcinogenic preservatives, alcohol, phenol or vocs.

please keep in mind, we are not your average bounce house rental. modern bounce houses are luxurious. a one-of-a-kind experience and they require a little extra care and attention to detail. please be sure to review our bounce policies and safety procedures before booking. absolutely no face paint permitted, no exceptions. If face paint is present, the client will be held responsible for damages up to the full replacement cost of the inflatable.
